Hi there!

I strongly believe that we as humans are resilient beings. I believe we have the ability and capacity to not only overcome challenges and adversity but also to thrive. I value the unique story we each have and listen to understand. I utilize several different therapeutic modes based on individual needs. My approach includes a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2008 and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.

Over the past decade I have worked with children, families, and individuals in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, OCD, ADHD, Autism, and trauma.
