Charlene is a great listener and is always on point with her opinions and suggestions. I never thought I would feel this open and comfortable sharing the things that have been affecting me since the pandemic started. Now, I am always looking forward for our weekly meeting.

The best! So thankful for Charlene
charlene is a great therapist. she gives me lots of good ideas and coping skills and is very supportive. really glad i’m working with her!
Charlene made me feel heard and seen right from the jump, and she felt so relatable that it feels more like chatting with a friend than a therapist. I love the added bonus of being able to engage with a therapist from the comfort of my own couch. I’ve recommended to many friends and am very grateful for Charlene!
