About me

Are you feeling lost, stuck, or like life just isn’t as enjoyable as it used to be? Noticing that your relationships have become strained or unfulfilling? I can help. As your therapist, I will create a safe space that is non-judgmental, supportive, and sometimes even a little bit fun (seriously!) Together, we will set goals that will help you move forward and regain a sense of purpose, joy, and serenity in your life.

There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I draw from an eclectic mix of theories including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness to help you get where you want to be. I see therapy as a collaborative effort and will be on your team throughout your transformation. I work with adults, adolescents, and children who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, relationship issues, stress, and existential issues (i.e. “what is my purpose?”) I also work with couples who are facing challenges such as infidelity, coparenting, or simply drifting apart. Last but not least, I work with families to help them regain a sense of cohesion and harmony.

The first step is reaching out for support. I celebrate your courage in seeking a new perspective on your life. Let me help you continue to take steps towards your goals. You are stronger than you think.

“It’s always darkest before the dawn.”

So far we’ve been making great progress. Finally found a therapist I feel is invested in the things I want to work on. Definitely will recommend.
