Charlotte’s compassion and insight have been exactly what I needed in a therapist as I’ve been navigating a liminal time in my life. Learning to have compassion for myself has been a big part of my journey, and her intuitive and gentle nature have been extraordinarily helpful. She has a knack for asking just the right question in just the right way at just the right time to help me cut through my trauma and connect to my True Self.

Have been at this for a month and wasn’t sure online would work for me. It does.. Charlotte is a wonderful listener, and she asks incisive questions that allow me to talk about things and give her insights into my personality. I might be doing sessions with her for many many years.

Charlotte is such an amazing therapist! She is such a good listener and I love how she actively engages in conversations with me. She gives advice and helps me work though issues at my own pace, instead of just writing notes and telling me “oh this is what’s wrong with you” she actively asks me about how certain things are effecting other parts of my life and gives me ideas of how to work through it so I can have a better outcome. She is absolutely amazing and I feel like I’m talking to a friend and I can trust her with everything!

Very empathetic. Charlotte listens and can tell when not to push. She is incredibly knowledgeable. And a quality human. I trust her and her opinion. She helps me work hard, yet still makes me feel safe and comfortable
Highly recommend, especially if you have become stagnant in other types of therapy.

Written on Dec 20, 2021 after therapy with Charlotte for 5 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, self esteem, and coaching
Charlotte has completely changed my life. She has helped me to develop compassion for myself and through that approach I have been able to resolve or work to resolve a lot of pain that I have been caring with me for years. She not only takes the time to understand you as a person but she also asks and wants to work with you at the level that you’re comfortable with. I strongly recommend her for anyone who feels like they are not compassionate with themselves and they carry a lot of pain with them. She is kind, understanding, non-judge mental and she really works hard to help to advocate for yourself.

There are not enough amazing words in my vocabulary for Charlotte. I’ve been working with her for about 3 weeks. She has completely opened my eyes and has allowed me to be completely myself with her. She is thoughtful and fair. The way she explains things to me is so in line with how my brain thinks. She is so knowledgeable and obviously uses her own time to learn how to help others. I can’t thank her enough for her connection and help!

I’ve been seeing Charlotte for a few months and she is phenomenal. She creates a warm, friendly atmosphere but isn’t afraid to get into the guts of the hard stuff. I came to her with an issue that has troubled me my whole life and I finally feel hope in what endlessly felt like a hopeless situation. Very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, and very invested in her client’s success. Worth every penny.

Charlotte is the first therapist I’ve ever clicked with. She is very available in text which has been nice for me. Texting gives me time to really think deeply about the questions she asks and I don’t feel pressured to have an answer right away. Our live sessions are great, she adapts her approach as she learns more about me. I really really love Charlotte!
