Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 6 years of experience providing services to children, youth, adults, and families. I have experience providing mental health therapy services to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Currently, I serve the underprivileged mental health community to develop coping skills, reduce symptoms and reducing crisis. I've only had a few sessions with Charmayne but I love how available she is. I'm a first time mom with a five month old; my schedule is chaos. Charmayne has a flexible schedule that meets my needs. She also is very present in our video sessions and helps me with my journaling. She offers insights that I can't see for myself. With Charmayne, I feel like I'm able to progress at a faster pace than with other therapists.
