Chaya Heuberger
About me
I am a Licensed Master's Social Worker in NY with several years of experience. I have worked with people experiencing mental health issues across a very wide spectrum, from what may seem to be the most minor to completely debilitating, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, and at- risk behavior.
My work has included clinical settings, at- home treatment, and over the phone counseling.
My style is warm and interactive, while at the same time, I believe firmly in using one's strengths to overcome challenges, and encourage my clients to search for their unique qualities and help them apply them to move forward to a better future.
Looking forward to working with you!
