I haven’t always gotten great better help counselors but after a bad relationship I finally feel like Chelsea is making headway. She’s not jumping to conclusions. She actually gets how I feel. And it’s helping me understand why I became the way I dod

Chelsea is a kind and empathetic counselor. I have appreciated how the text option allows me to communicate when I have time. Her responses are thoughtful and timely, fitting easily into my busy life.

I feel listened to. Chelsea reponds in a positive, unbeat manner and I feel heard.

This is my first time receiving therapy through written correspondence and it is the best decision I have ever made. I am surprised I never considered it, since writing is my strongest suit. Chelsea is wonderful in her rapport, validating my experiences & never forgetting about her clients. I look forward to

I've had a lovely experience with Chelsea, and I'm grateful for her. I'm being gently guided and nurtured and I've already highly recommended betterhelp for a couple of friends and family members. Chelsea's given me more tools to use on the daily, and I am stronger than I was before taking the leap. Thank you so much!

Spoken with several different therapists via better help and she has been. Far the most helpful! Thanks Chelsea!

Chelsea is a great listener & offers thoughtful responses. With her help, I've been able to look at my addiction objectively, explore new ways to cope, & she has helped me to identify new methods for disrupting my personal cycle of substance abuse. Chelsea has been integral to getting my life back on track.

Chelsea is great! Finally a format for someone like me that writes feeling better than speaking them.

I believe Chelsea Cefalu listens to me and does her best to understand the situation. I love that she offers an online messaging session as it fits in my day and has the most privacy for me. She's patient and kind and really not only listens but encourages me to write as much as I want and as often as I like.

Chelsea was able to listen to me and what I was going through, and referred me to an intake appointment at a facility that has helped me so much. I know it is going to take a lot of work to get to where I want to be to get out of the mental state I have been in for so long. Without Chelsea, I would have never heard of the facility that has been so helpful. I am finally able to see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel and just gotta keep working to dig myself out of the dark hole I found myself in.

She also responds to me so quickly and it means so much to know that she cares and is there for me when and if I need her. She even checks in with me if I haven't responded in some time. I honestly wish I could meet her in person so I could give her a hug for her help! I highly recommend her as a counselor! Thanks Chelsea!
