You deserve a compassionate therapist. Someone who will make you feel safe, secure, and connected while guiding you through the healing process. My goal is to support and promote lifelong change that will allow you to form healthy relationships and foster an overall sense of wellbeing. I will guide and help you to reclaim your happiness and joy. Chelsea Richardson is an excellent therapist. She has helped me gain clarity on my problems , ways to carry on and solve them . I have many problems and she's helped me with all of them. She has a great way of interpreting what I'm saying and offer help. There's been a couple of times I thought she wouldn't support me based on past experience but she did and it was surprising and refreshing . I highly recommend Chelsea Richardson for relationship problems, life changes, and making friends.

I believe Chelsea Cefalu listens to me and does her best to understand the situation. I love that she offers an online messaging session as it fits in my day and has the most privacy for me. She's patient and kind and really not only listens but encourages me to write as much as I want and as often as I like.

Chelsea was able to listen to me and what I was going through, and referred me to an intake appointment at a facility that has helped me so much. I know it is going to take a lot of work to get to where I want to be to get out of the mental state I have been in for so long. Without Chelsea, I would have never heard of the facility that has been so helpful. I am finally able to see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel and just gotta keep working to dig myself out of the dark hole I found myself in.

She also responds to me so quickly and it means so much to know that she cares and is there for me when and if I need her. She even checks in with me if I haven't responded in some time. I honestly wish I could meet her in person so I could give her a hug for her help! I highly recommend her as a counselor! Thanks Chelsea!
