About me

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years treating individuals with a wide variety of presenting issues, life transitions, and disorders including severe mental illness and substance use. I provide counseling to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families and specialize in grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment to build a therapeutic relationship and foster healing. I use a person centered approach and cognitive behavioral techniques to develop treatment interventions specific to the short and long terms goals of my clients.

I am also interested in providing support to First Responders. I work with first responders in my full time job (police and fire/rescue) and I have family in the field as well. I am certified in counseling first responders.
