About me
I have extensive experience providing therapy to young adults, aging adults, and families. I can offer you a wide range of services, as well as specific treatment in areas such as Parenting Skills, Attachment Issues, ADHD, Trauma (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Issues and more.
I have worked successfully with families around issues related to adoption, anger management and complex trauma. I utilize a wide-range of interventions including CBT, psychodynamic and strengths-based therapy. Creating a safe space and building a relationship is my first step in treatment. As such we will work together to create an individualized treatment plan to meet your goals.
