Cheri has been extremely helpful in my mental health journey. Cheri kept me on track and guided me through the steps on how to achieve the goals I set out for myself. Just as importantly, Cheri really listened to my thoughts and feelings as they organically came out of our sessions. Compassionate and mindful, my time with Cheri was truly been beneficial and insightful. Couldn’t have asked for a better therapist!
Cheri is so knowledgeable in so many different fields, especially many that apply specifically to my concerns. Cheri is a great listener and comes up with excellent suggestions and doesn’t get mad at me when I don’t follow through with something and works with me on a better option instead. I love Cheri and have already recommended her to other people interested in counseling through BetterHelp.
I have never connected to a therapist as much as I do with Cheri. She is everything I was looking for in better help and more. I see significant improvements in my mental health and way of thinking. I can't thank her enough for everything she does for me on a weekly basis.
Cheri is GREAT! She listens to me and empathizes with me and makes me feel like there is hope for a brighter future.
Cheri makes me feel safe to speak freely and is very supportive. I feel really listened to not just placated with disingenuous phrases.
Cheri has helped me so much. She has helped me learn to be fair to others and especially myself.
She has helped me to handle my anxiety by learning good habits and how to build on them. She has given me the tools to better understand myself and others. Most importantly She has helped me to learn to advocate for myself and how to do so with a cool head.
I’ve had more clarity and understanding working with Cheri than any other therapist. She keeps me on track and has great insights that I so need in my life! Everyone should have a Cheri!
Cheri and I have only just begun this journey of trauma work but she has helped me heal so much in a very short span of time. I am very grateful for her and how caring she is and would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with deep rooted trauma.
Cheri has changed my life. I am so glad betterhelp paired me with her. She is the push & encouragement that I need. She understands my cultural background, which was so important to me because not many therapists or people understand the dynamic of a Filipino household and the traumas that go with it. I honestly adore Cheri. She has changed my life for the better, and I am so thankful for her.
Best person ever. I appreciate her input, knowledge, and compassion.
Cheri has been an absolute life saver. After trying a few different counsellors she was the perfect match. Extremely efficient, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Love you Cheri!
Very down to earth, really kind and just super understanding, she’s helped give me so much confidence and I feel like a whole new person after every session
The best kind of therapy is the kind where you can't even tell that you're in a therapy session. Cheri is so friendly and kind, she finds ways to relate to you and adjusts her methods to fit you and your personality. She's very good at what she does and I haven't ever met a therapist like her.
Cheri in a short space of time has helped me gain clarity and understanding I've been seeking. I feel a great peace of mind with the knowledge and support being imparted.
Cheri gets me in gear to face my mind positively, She is countlessly reliable and makes me feel honest and confident
I can't thank Cheri enough for how she supported me the last months. I had a huge breakthrough and could see things clearly, that were uncovered for a long time. Her expertise, compassion and straight-forwardness made me feel safe, seen and supported. Highly recommend Cheri!
Cheri is a solid therapist! She’s a great listener who gives great advice & encouragement when you need it. She is very knowledgeable and can effectively use it to help you. If I need help again, I will go to her first!
She is amazing! Listen very well and great feedback
Simply put, Cheri is Amazing.
I am enjoying the process with Cheri. She has opened up my way of thinking.
Working with Cheri for about 4 and half months was the best decision I could have made. I was in such a dark hole I thought I could never get out of. She was so supportive and gave me all new insights to myself and things around me. I feel like a changed person for the better because she gave me the tools to help myself. I was sad to end sessions with her but she had already helped me through my issues and I had no more pressing problems to bring out. She is easily one of my most favorite people I have met, I am so happy I got to work with her.
I am so grateful that someone suggested BetterHelp and that I was connected with Cheri. Starting therapy has been one of the best decisions for me. Cheri makes me feel heard and gives me a safe space to share my thoughts. Her insights and knowledge about why I feel or experience things the way I do are invaluable. I look forward to my therapy sessions every week.
She is well experienced in a variety of problems and is very helpful
Cheri has been a really big help, especially for someone who has not had much experience in counselling. Her expertise and background has been a great reassurance and I feel like i l can reach out to her in a comfortable manner. She has been very responsive and has always ensured that the sessions had always been non-judgemental.
Cheri has helped me make some progress after just a couple of sessions. She’s a great listener and has offered some really helpful tips for working on myself and getting through tough situations. She is non-judge mental and compassionate and helps you believe in your ability to grow and stay resilient
Cheri has given me a space to be vulnerable and feel safe doing so. I feel cared for, listened to and I feel validated in my feelings and pain. And real ways and suggestions to work through the trauma. I never feel judged. I highly recommend.
Cheri has already helped me so much. I feel she really listens, and gives me strength with her insights & analogies. I trust her & believe I’ve found the perfect fit counsellor to help me through my grief & rebuild me in the other side. I’m especially grateful for her advice on how to comfort & express with my Downsyndrome brother ❤️ Grateful & optimistic
She is a bliss, as if she hears unspoken words and I don’t need to spend a lot of effort trying to convey my concerns. Her advices and comments are to the point, lots of questions have finally found the answer after many years, Thank you Cheri ❤️
