About me
I am an African American Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers virtual individual therapy. My treatment areas include life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. I possess the unique skills of relatability, compassion, understanding coupled with clinical knowledge and expertise that will support you and provide you with the tools to cope with everyday life. I received my Master Degree from Widener University. I have experience working with adults, children & families, adults with dual diagnoses and teens.
My treatment approach is integrative, with the use of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. I will provide a non- judgmental environment for one to share their thoughts and feelings.
I will provide you with a safe and secure space where you feel comfortable to share, process, and understand yourself better. My goal is to assist you and support you with the tools needed to move forward in life.
