Charisse has been very supportive and offered many different sources of additional support. She’s a good listener and validates my feelings in a way that I, a man, don’t often get from anyone in my life.

Cherisse Amusa is wonderful, she listens to every problem and truely tries to understand my worries, I have always wanted someone to listen to me and she is that person, she sends me homework related to my worries and this has helped me extremely over the past 3 weeks, I have seen changes in me that I have struggled to change myself in 7 years, thank you for listening to me and allowing me to be patient with myself

Cherisse truly helped me in a time I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed. We had weekly calls where she allowed me to get a lot off my chest and I felt safe to cry and feel my emotions. She is patient, understanding and thoughtful.
