Cheryl Coleman, LMFT
About me
We all struggle from time to time. In the course of our different journeys through life, many unexpected hardships come our way. Facing these situations can often times leave us feeling ill-equipped, to say the least, leading to negative self-talk and a less than satisfactory outlook on life.
As a clinician, I use a variety of evidence-based and family systems models to help clients process their current journey. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help clients to face a multitude of issues, including sexual abuse and trauma, relationship issues, family issues and women's issues.
It takes a great deal of bravery to sit in vulnerability the way that you are at this moment. Know that the journey you are on does not have to be one that you take alone. My goal is to help you uncover new stories for yourself; stories where you are thriving in your potential and living in grace.

Cheryl was great. She was willing to go the extra mile, and I think she could have been very helpful. Ultimately, we made the decision to work with someone locally, but that decision was by no means a reflection of Cheryl character or abilities. I’d definitely recommend Cheryl Coleman.

Cheryl is the nicest and most respectful person i have done counseling with. I never felt judged and I quickly opened up to her and told her about myself( which i would never do in such a short amount of time) i trust her expertise and I actually take all of her advise into consideration.
