Cheryl Edwards is a great therapist in every sense of the word. Not only is she professional, timely, and consistent-- she is attentive, listens and remembers what I say session to session, tracks and helps me set goals, provides unique perspective and helpful advice, and more. Unlike my experience with other therapists in the past, she not only listens to what I discuss, but provides helpful input and always encourages moving forward. Each session ends a step ahead of where I began. I highly recommend Cheryl as a therapist!

I find it easy to talk to Cheryl and I find her responses and engagement to what I share shows she is listening, paying attention, and understands what I am saying even when I am not sure I am making any sense. Cheryl puts what seems complicated in simple terms, so I can understand her as well. She responds promptly to my text messages via the app.

Cheryl has been extremely helpful in navigating my new relationship as well as guiding me through the bursts of grief over my spouse’s death a couple years ago.
