I am a strong advocate for the people I work with and believe in treating all persons with respect and the compassion they need. I am an eclectic therapist who utilizes the therapy which best fits the situation. I am schooled in many different types of therapy including EMDR. I believe every situation is unique and deserves a unique therapeutic approach.
As there are various reasons people enter into counseling, I look forward to working with you on discovering what steps may need to be taken and which approach helps one to accomplish their goals.
