She is an awesome therapist!

This has only been my second Therapist that I have seen and already it was much better then my first. She's very open minded about my thoughts and helps me dissect it to figure out what the root is and what caused it. I haven't been this excited for an appointment in a while.

Cheryl has been wonderful for me. She helps me get to the heart of the matter by asking questions, really listening to my answers, sharing her own experiences, and offering tools like worksheets and videos to address my issues. I would recommend her for anyone struggling with anxiety.
