Amazing listener and support clinician. Cheryl has helped me focus on my goals and improve my spirits. Highly recommend her as a counselor!
Working with Cheryl has been great! She is so understanding and knowledgeable, and has really helped me navigate my feelings in a nonjudgemental and caring environment.
I've only had one session but it was great and I felt very comfortable talking with Cheryl
Cheryl is my absolute safe place and support right now, she is invaluable in my healing.
Cheryl has been great! I've been dealing with a lot from my past and struggling with the confidence to move forward and she's working with me to get through it. She's boosted my confidence in myself to be more assertive when dealing with things that cause my stress and anxiety to go up. "Working on my mental health is just as important as brushing my teeth."
Cheryl actively listens and connects with the limited time we have. In spite of scheduling changes, she makes great effort to accommodate me and I truly appreciate her flexibility.
I really do think that Cheryl is an angel on Earth. She helped me through one of the darkest times in my life. She gave me the hand that I needed to get back up onto my feet again. She was the judgement-free ear that I needed to listen to me when I felt like I had nobody else. She facilitated the conversation that I needed to have with myself so badly. She gave me so many tools to help me through my rock bottom and genuinely cared about getting me to the place I wanted to be in my life. Each conversation was like a conversation with an old friend and I would recommend her to every single person who crosses my path. She will lift you up and teach you how to love yourself again in the most gentle and loving way. Thank you, Cheryl, for the light you have shined on my life!
It is a breath of fresh air to talk to Cheryl. I knew immediately that we were a good match. I wish I would have met her much earlier. She has helped me in many ways, and I am better because of her counsel.
Cheryl Perry is warm and encouraging. Her zest for helping others is contagious and makes me want to keep growing. She’s great at sending me resources to continue learning outside of our sessions. She’s the kind of person you want to sit in a cafe with all day and share a cup of coffee and every one of your stories.
Cheryl has been a great listening ear and has provided me good input on things for me to consider and ways to approach certain situations in my life.
