I absolutely love my therapist. She’s really amazing and patient and she always takes time to address my concerns. She in no way belittles me or mocks the way I feel like some of my past therapist have.

Cheryl is great. She is easy to talk to and helped me a lot in understanding my depression and anxiety. Once I learned how to distinguish between what is normal life struggles and what is caused by my conditions, I was able to be kinder to myself, which really helped me progress. I have made a lot of gains with Cheryl's help, and I am on my way to reaching my goals in therapy and in life. Thanks Cheryl!

Love it! I have weeks where going out to a counselor is very difficult time and emotion wise. Plus things come up during the week when you don’t have a session scheduled that day per regular therapy. With BetterHelp you have access to your therapist constantly no matter what the week throws you!! Love love love

Written by D.A. on May 29, 2019 after counseling with Cheryl for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, addictions, self esteem, and coping with life changes

Cheryl provides a formal counsel but in a casual and supportive way.

My counseling, until now, has been clearly focused on my issues and guided me to explore the challenges I face and the solutions I can manufacture.

I am able to communicate easily and honestly with Cheryl which is essential to discuss really personal things. I have no doubt that my counseling will develop as various goals are achieved.

The focus on well-being both in mind and body is really important to me and I have faith that this counseling is supporting that 100%.

I would recommend Cheryl to anyone who has a need for counseling; especially if you suffer from anxiety and need someone friendly to make it easier for you to communicate.

I have been speaking with Cheryl for the past few months and find her to be friendly, perceptive and insightful. Growth takes time, especially when you're working on wanting to better yourself. I think what I find most helpful is not only Cheryl's patience, but her support and compassion. It makes an immense difference. She actually cares to teach you, help you but most importantly makes sure that you understand the process as well. She's an amazing counselor, non-judgemental, listens to you and what you express and is overall a genuine counselor and person to confide in that does want to see you grow through a tough process.

10/10 in my book
