I find Cheryl excellent, she is very perceptive and has made some really insightful responses that I’ve managed to integrate into my thinking pattern. I’m very thankful for this process as writing has really helped me more than I can describe, it has also become a life line at an extremely difficult time in my life. I couldn’t recommend or thank Cheryl highly enough for being a most compassionate and present therapist.

I have been speaking with Cheryl for the past few months and find her to be friendly, perceptive and insightful. Most beneficial is that she has experiences of her own and of other clients and is able to offer sensible advice in a very non-biased way. I appreciate all the help and support she has given me.

Wonderful and understanding. She is friendly, approachable and patient and a good listener. All these aspects are the reasons I've been able to take about my issues and concerns with ease with her.

Growth takes time, especially when you're working on wanting to better yourself. I think what I find most helpful is not only Cheryl's patience, but her support and compassion. It makes an immense difference. She actually cares to teach you, help you but most importantly makes sure that you understand the process as well. She's an amazing counselor, non-judgemental, listens to you and what you express and is overall a genuine counselor and person to confide in that does want to see you grow through a tough process.

10/10 in my book
