As your therapist, I feel it's important to create an environment in which you feel seen, valued, and heard. While you might be approaching a difficult time in your life, I hope you will rest easier in the knowledge that you do not have to take that journey alone.
My professional background includes: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, obtained in 2010; a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco in San Francisco, California, obtained in 2015. Employment positions within the past decade includes: Behavior Therapist, School Counselor, School-Based Therapist, District Restorative Justice Coordinator and (currently) Private Practice Therapist.
I am experienced in the areas of individual, couples, and family therapy. My treatment approaches include a combination of humanistic, person-centered, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches to help you work towards your personal wellness goals. As your therapist, my role is to guide you as you take steps towards healing, and a healthy, balanced state of mind. I am here to listen and to help provide the encouragement you need to work towards positive change in your life.
I look forward to working with you!
