I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Connecticut. I received my BSW from NYU and my MSW from Columbia University in Manhattan. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse whom started to exhibit PTSD symptoms.
I am very warm and approachable. I want everyone who I work with to feel at ease speaking with me. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in shaming anyones beliefs nor labeling anyone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing counseling. I will of course tailor the treatment plan continuously as you evolve in order to meet your specific needs.
I look forward to working with you! It takes courage to seek help and direction in life. I will wholeheartedly work with you in order to achieve your goals.

Chloe is such a sweet lady and I am grateful for the opportunity to have her here for me and appreciate her very much :)
It's my first therapist in several years and I had never had the strength to seek for guidance and help in such a manner but Chloe Smith validates and supports my needs in every way. Not only does she hold a safe space but she is extremely kind, patient and a great listener to every concern. I am happy I found a therapist like her through Better Help. Having sessions with her once a week has improved my life in small yet significant ways. Thank you Chloe for everything your commitment is appreciated.
Chloe has been lovely and so easy to talk to. She put me at ease right away and I felt able to open up about my issues. Talking them through with Chloe has been helpful and I'd definitely come back to her in the future if I need to.
She is a great therapist and I always feel better after our sessions.
I’ll just say I’ve tried countless counselors in the past… but none of them I stuck with for more than one or two sessions. I would end up feeling worse and more anxious after each session. As someone who really has no one to talk to and therefore gets quite anxious whenever I have to talk about such deep & serious issues with a complete stranger… i am so incredibly thankful for Chloe. She just doesn’t have an ounce of judgement in her. She actually LISTENS! And by that I mean she really understands what I’m trying to say, especially during those too frequent moments I’m not eloquent enough to explain my thought. Also she not only offers advice but advice that is HELPFUL, that’s USEFUL. She’s not afraid to share to some of her experiences to show that she understands what I’m going through. Also I don’t feel forced to talk about something. I value the conversations we can have about our love of pets among other things. Chloe is a truly caring, selfless, and warm individual with the expertise to make her a phenomenal therapist. She even messages me, in addition to our weekly sessions, every week to make sure everything’s going well. A rare and valuable gem she is!
I love the platform and Chole is an amazing trauma therapist in my opinion. Very real.
