Chris is a kind counselor who creates a safe environment to share and be honest with. Chris is also honest and gives feedback on how to navigate the challenging situations you may be experiencing. I’m grateful that I was assigned to him as a counselor!

He puts you in control of how you would like to communicate. Chris also sends little messages to check on how you’re feeling. I find that just having someone to talk to and listen has been very helpful.

I must say I was nervous about a male for a counselor but Chris is an amazing listener and also gives great tips and advice. He just makes you feel comfortable when you talk to him. His tone of voice is calm and comforting. I felt a weight lifted off of my shoulders the very first video session with him.
