About me

I am an LCSW currently licensed in Colorado. I have had a varied career and worked with many different diagnoses including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, military related issues, end of life and grief, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, domestic violence, family preservation, and trauma. I have worked in the court system, the state psychiatric hospital, and in hospice. I have spent time working with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life.

My style is interactive and accepting of you as an individual who is doing their best, with the tools you have, where you are. We all need help from time to time and support regardless of what we are going through. My approach includes a synthesis of cognitive behavioral, functional behavioral, narrative, existential, and humanistic modalities. Our interactions will always be focused on assisting you finding your own answers and solutions to the struggles you face.

Know that taking this first step to reach out and ask for help is often the most difficult and I am here to support you in the steps to come, if you are ready.
