About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Maine with seven years of experience working with people who would like to make change in their lives. When we take attentive care of ourselves we can be our most present for our loved ones and our communities. I have worked with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, conflict, and trauma. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based.

My aim is to make the therapy experience a genuine, positive, and safe space to heal. I believe that we carry with us the tools, wisdom, and strength to heal the wounds that life inevitably inflicts on us. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy requires an immense amount of courage. I hope to meet you in the strength of that courageous act and support you in gaining rich transformative self-knowledge. I look forward to meeting you soon.

I feel really lucky to have been matched with Christina. Christina is incredibly insightful and supportive. I’ve learned a lot about myself in the time that I’ve been meeting with Christina and I genuinely look forward to our time together each week. As someone who was new to therapy, I was initially nervous but those nerves quickly went away in our first session thanks to Christina.
