About Me

Hello! My name is Christina Cooper. I graduated from USC (Fight On!) with my primary focus on strength-based therapy- most specifically DBT and CBT therapy. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve greatness and every person is capable of finding their life worth living. I specialize in personality disorders and I love to help people who struggle to regulate their moods and emotions, suffer from relationship distress, and also those who struggle with depression. Often times, I see clients who struggle to understand their own self, likes and dislikes, and also the reasons why they feel they never just 'fit.'

I am great at giving tips and advice on marriage, relationships, feelings of judgment, lack of motivation, etc.

Aside from being a therapist, I am also an author of many fiction books; so if you're a reader, yay! :)
