Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri. I have over 16 years experience providing professional counseling to individuals in a wide variety of therapeutic settings. I have worked with individuals needing a little help over a hurdle in their life to individuals with acute and chronic mental health diagnosis. I am well suited to assist individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, life adjustments and chronic mental health issues.
My approach is CBT with mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I treat everyone with respect and warmth. I live and work by the motto love all, serve all. Christina is a great therapist who listens and doesn’t push an agenda. She also doesn’t overextend herself like a lot of BH therapists do, which makes our sessions more productive and less frustrating.
