I have worked across various environments and with many different people. I have experience working in not only parenting, family conflict, trauma, addictions, grief and loss, but also with transgendered , gay, old and young populations. My background includes working with children as young as toddler to adults as seniors including those whom are now raising their grandchildren and great grandchildren.
I have been known most for understanding others and listening with care without jumping to conclusion allowing someone to teach themselves to cope with life stressors and historical events that can cause discord in everyday life. I am big on encouraging on self discovery and internal motivation to proceed forward with your life. I am there as a support and a guide through times of crisis, struggle and the need for education.
I have a background in cognitive behavioral health, however have been eclectic in the approach I have, catering to each person I work with.
- Stress, Anxiety
I also have experience in Addictions, LGBT, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Intimacy-related, Eating, Sleeping, Anger, Self esteem, Career, Bipolar, Depression

Christina has been wonderful, she is amazingly kind and empathetic and has worked to try and help me process and help with coping skills to handle my current situation. I think she is amazing and so is this program. Thank you for all of the kindness and patience.
This counseling helped me stop my world from spinning and brought it back under control so I could move forward.
Very thoughtful and helpful councler.
Christina has been really helpful and it's been nice corresponding with her at my own pace.
We've only been talking for a short period of time but I've enjoyed every "season" with her. She's honest and makes me think about things.
Christina is clearly very experienced and knows exactly how to help. Working with her these last few weeks is really helping me move forward and get a better understanding and control of my situation.
She just gets it and me. So it's all good
I have had many theorists before Christina Penge and had little success. Within the few weeks I worked with her, I found her insightful and able to resolve many of my issues. Overcoming my opticals has shown me that needing therapy is an as a required process. So I will periodically revisit Christina in the future as needed.
I have found Christina Penge to be very supportive and understanding to my particular issues. She is very helpful I'm glad that we have been matched.
Christina has been wonderful for me. She responds quickly, and with helpful insight or tools. I know she actually takes time to read INTO what I wrote, and help come up with better ways to handle or approach situations.
