I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adolescents who have dealt with trauma and family issues. I also have worked with veterans both in graduate school and post graduate school as well as the general population in psychiatric settings. I provide client centered clinical support and enjoy helping people succeed in life and become confident and comfortable in and with their lives. I utilize a strength based approach and am very adept at helping individuals build self-esteem. I am solution focused and skilled at helping people problem solve. I highly recommend Christina Pringle if you are looking for parenting support. Her style is very supportive. She validated my feelings and helped my family through some difficult times. Talking to her is like talking to a very wise friend or a beloved aunt.

I am so pleased with the help and advice Christina is providing as I navigate aging parents and in-laws who are not aging gracefully or cooperatively. She provides wonderful feedback on my thoughts and actions and has been supportive in helping me establish boundaries to protect my own well-being while helping care for them. I highly recommend her to anyone navigating care for elderly loved ones, she is terrific.
