About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist licensed in Massachusetts and Nevada with over eleven years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, and eating disorders. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I specialize in providing counseling for college-aged students.

My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and interactive, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use an integrative approach, with a focus on CBT and existential counseling. Most importantly, I believe in tailoring our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Everyone deserves to be supported during challenging times in their lives. Therapy provides a safe place in which to learn the coping tools necessary to manage our emotions, handle stressful situations, and respond to life's difficulties. I look forward to the opportunity to both support you in your current circumstances and to help you thrive.

I've been working with Dr. Saltman for a few months now, and every conversation brings new insight. She's knowledgeable across many areas, and I never feel like we're out of step when we're talking. I feel more comfortable talking with Dr. Saltman than I do most of my long-term friends, and I fully trust that she's 100% on my side and is actively working to help get me to being the best version of myself.
