About me

Hello, My name is Christina and I am a Licensed Clinician Social Worker in Missouri with 4 years of professional work experience in therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, women’s empowerment, parenting problems, substance abuse, and coping with life changes. Before becoming a therapist I worked as an Intensive In-Home specialist where I worked with families in establishing a safe and healthy living environment. I have worked with ages 3 and up, but find working with teens and adults to be my passion.

I have been trained in EMDR and am in the process of being certified. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to help guide you through the journey of your life. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. Every person is unique and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I look forward to working with you!

I love Christina! She has been extremely helpful in navigating a lot of big changes in my life. I was hesitant to jump back into therapy after a 10 year break, but I'm so happy I did. She's wonderful!

I’ve literally only had two sessions with Christina so far! I already feel so comfortable with her and she is so easy to talk to! I like how she can open my eyes to look at a situation differently going on in my life. I am really looking forward to her working with me through and EMDR approach. I highly recommend Christina!

I love Christina! She is awesome. She always has resources to help me. She cares for me, like truly cares. She helps keep me on track, whether it be my schedule is getting crazy and hard to work around. Or whether it’s just a simple message checking in and saying “Hi. I’m here. I want to help. What do you need?”

Christina is always so understanding with literally anything I say to her. She is very supportive but also able to help me realize when I'm being a little dramatic.. which I need sometimes
