About Me

Are you facing challenges in your life that you find you are unable to cope with on your own? Do you feel stuck or in need of restoration? Finding personal purpose and resilience is the foundation of my work. Whether depression, hopelessness, negative thinking or anxiety is plaguing you; removing it and helping clients find the ability to thrive in life is what I am most passionate about.

As a counselor, my goal is to help clients craft specific goals and discover new purpose in their lives so that they may thrive. Through collaborative goal setting, therapeutic techniques and an open and safe environment, I believe clients are able to establish lasting changes. I understand each individual is unique and one size does not fit all. Therefore, my approach is to work alongside clients to create an individualized treatment plan designed to meet their unique needs.

I believe my experience in various clinical settings with a wide diversity of populations has provided me with the knowledge and skill set to deliver culturally competent services to the clients I serve. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, helping professional, families and coaching professionals. My style of counseling is an integrative approach, involving a coaching model and Cognitive Behavioral techniques.

Christine is a wonderful therapist. I always feel better after our sessions. I feel listened to and she also gives great practical coping skills that have been beneficial to me. I would absolutely recommend her.

I always have been scared of counseling, but Christine Callaway has a way to make you feel safe and comfortable during your sessions that encourages you to communicate. Christine has such a proactive approach with her sessions that has greatly impacted my life for the better. I admire how quickly she is able to tailor her approach to my needs and learning/behavior style in order to help and make progress. She is also very patient which helps tremendously during the times when I am trying to make sense of things. I couldn’t recommend Christine enough.

Christine has been the best counselor I have so far. I have tried a variety of counselors, but I never feel like I am getting anywhere. There has been a common topic in all of my seasons, but with Christine we were automatically able to pinpoint something extremely important that began connecting the dots. I feel that she truly understands me, she supports and reassured me, she listens to me, and I feel that she truly cares about me as a patient and person. I feel that I am finally getting somewhere in counseling with Christine!
