I have been working with individual and families for 20 years. I am a graduate of Hunter College School of Social Work. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients on issues of addiction, aging , anxiety, depression and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is always person centered. I have been trained in CBT and DBT. Whether you choose short or long term therapy, we will work together to bring you where you need to be to create a life worth living.
