Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Christine Estrada. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Christine has helped me greatly from the beginning of our being matched. Her expertise and open approach to conversation including neurodivergence, specifically ADHD and autism, is very empathetic. I have not experienced a counselor before who knows when to ask the right questions and properly moves on from topics to pursue their instincts so well. Despite my shortcomings and not being able to pinpoint my purpose for speaking at times, Christine has the ability to pierce through my fog and help me to uncover the root of my circumstances. Setting goals together has been a relatively new pursuit and I look forward to future sessions as we move toward a more focused approach, now that we have identified my therapy needs more concisely, I feel more ready than ever to take on my trauma and challenges.

Christine is an excellent listener and has helped guide me to making connections on issues I've been dealing with. I feel safe and like I can open up freely to her.
