I’ve only had a few sessions with Christine but I have to say the experience has been exceptional. Her experience, recommendations, ideas, understanding, listening and comprehension of my concerns is excellent. I can honestly say I have already noticed improvements in my mental health.

Christine has been an amazing counselor to work with. She is very good at listening empathetically, reflecting back to me what she hears, and asking probing questions. Her tone is kind and warm and from day one she created a space where I felt safe to be open and vulnerable. She also knew when it was appropriate to just give me the space to talk and when it was time to offer some tools or strategies. It has been such a joy working with her and I would highly recommend her!

Impressed at her intuitiveness even on a virtual platform. She addresses multiple different ways to handle issues. I feel heard most of all.
