Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Christine Heikkenen-Black. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Christine has been a saving grace to me during a time in my life where everything feels unstable, ever-changing, and just unpredictable. She's been so kind, so honest, so supportive, and is simply someone who listens and cares. She tells things straightforward and gives multiple outlooks on a situation. She made me feel safe enough to cry, to explain all of my fears, and all of my frustrations. I loved actually seeing and feeling the change that I underwent in the months I worked with her and loved how she actively checked in on me throughout the week.

CHB is the best I've encountered in the 5+ years looking. Great listener with extensive knowledge and tailors a plan for you based on those great listening skills.

I really am super happy with my therapist. She is wonderful at listening to my concerns and letting me know what is valid and what is probably not the best use of my time to be worried about. I really appreciate her honesty and feel like she genuinely wants me to succeed. She gives great advice but can also tell me the things that are hard to hear. That makes me feel even more heard when she validates that I have reasons to be frustrated in certain scenarios.
