About Me

It is amazing how life can take us in so many different directions? Some roads may be exciting and new, but there are also times when we come across a challenge that may be difficult to handle on our own; we feel unable to deal with it. Counseling can assist in the process of managing one's feelings, challenges and struggles. You do not need to manage this on your own, talking with someone can help with giving you direction, help you understand why you are feeling this way and how to make things better for yourself and /or others around you.
I have over 6 years experience with all types of issues including grief and loss, adolescent challenges, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, and chronic/terminal illness, I utilize techniques that assist each unique individual with the process of addressing any personal challenges and achieving change.
You may be feeling hurt, defeated, or lost... counseling can help you understand that you are not alone. Whether healing from your past, coping with situations & issues in the present, or letting go of fears of the future; I am here to listen, help & understand you as an individual, with care & without judgment.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfectly matched counsellor than Chrissie. She’s been such a help to improving my mental health since the beginning of the year and has continued to guide and support me so well in every session.
Chrissie is so friendly and really has my interests at heart which reassures me that she always has her door open ready when I need it.
I couldn’t recommend Chrissie enough!

Chrissie is a lovely counsellor. She listens, she understands, and offer useful tools for me to navigate through my problems. She is sincere and professional. Moreover, she always offers some articles to read after the sessions and build on what we did during the session as well. I am very happy to have met her as my counsellor.

Christine is wonderful! She is extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. I loved that she sent me articles to do some homework/self-reflection that we’re so very relevant and valuable to me. Compared to my previous counselling experiences, this is the first time I really feel heard and safe to express my feelings. I also very much appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. Thank you so much for connecting me with such an amazing person!
