I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes servicing individuals and families in a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, coping with substance abuse within the family, suicidality and/or self-harm behaviors and more.
I utilize a strengths-based approach to develop client-centered goals that implement CBT, DBT, and/or ACT practices based on your individual needs. I hope to help bring awareness to maladaptive patterns to help create healthier coping to improve overall mental wellness.
