About me

The joy of therapy is this - it's accepting people as they are, recognizing their strengths and celebrating hope with them.
It's also about encouraging, holding them accountable, and reminding to make good choices and to love themselves and others the way God loves them.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a wide range of experience providing therapy in day treatment, in-home, outpatient, school-based and private practice settings. I love Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) along with relationship and trauma-focused approaches to treatment.

With a passion for promoting growth and nurturing the clients and new therapists under my guidance, I encourage others to make meaning of their experience. My deeply warm, yet straightforward demeanor brings out the very best in those I serve.

I want to help you live the life you feel called to live and live it to the fullest.

She is very understanding and works with you on what you need to feel better. She gives you a lot of options to work on and reminds you that its okay if some don't work. I would definitely recommend her. She is so nice.

I very much appreciate how my feelings aren't dismissed or invalidated even if they are negative, and how she celebrates even the minor victories. I know that maybe this is common for counselors but I've never had one and much of my family never really did that. It makes me feel like I am being listened to and understood and that I am receiving help in the form of the attention I need!
