About me

Hello! My name is Christine and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the States of Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, North Dakota, Maine and Florida. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health . I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including: inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, individual and group therapy, and working in the insurance industry. I work with clients affected by depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance abuse.
My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental. I integrate kindness and I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. in addition to working with an approach to focus on strengths that you have. We will identify them together and use them to create what you want and need in your life.

You are welcome to message me anytime through Better Help. . I usually check messages twice each day, seven days per week. I offer messaging, live chat and phone sessions with more availability in the evenings and weekends. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability so you always want to check that out with me through messaging first.

Christine is a very compassionate and up front therapist. I enjoy that she lets me just talk to get it all out and then offers her thoughts and suggestions.
