About Me

Hi! My name is Christine.

I am a clinical social worker licensed in Connecticut with over 20 years of experience working as a social worker in child protection and now evolving into a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma histories, relationship issues, parenting problems, and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced addiction, family violence, and emotional abuse. I love to help people grow into who they want to be!

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and energetic! I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy. We will work together and at your pace so you can address your concerns and learn how to manage them.

Reaching out for support is not always easy and it takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life. This is a positive step toward achieving your desired vision. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Christine is just phenomenal. She's such a constant professional. Being a newbie to counseling, Christine has been SO welcoming and makes me feel really comfortable. I'm eternally grateful to have her guide me through a pretty tough time in my life. She's been absolutely spot on with reading recommendations and other terrific informational material.

When there is a need to be listened to, or clarify from an objective source is needed, or a life passage is in the works I would recommend Christine Nucci as some one who sees clearly and quickly and is there to be helpful.
