About me
I have a passion for helping individuals and families by inspiring hope in each person to reach their full potential through an array of culturally sensitive and adapted modalities and techniques. My passion lies with survivors of violence and individual who have experienced traumatic experiences. I have been working with youth and adults for over 10 years. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have quickly adapted to provide competent services via telehealth. I enjoy working with children and adolescents by utilizing interactive activities that keep them engaged and excited about their therapeutic experience. I have several years of experience working with adults and parents with a variety of issues that include and are not limited to adjustments to change, relationship conflict, depression, self esteem, anger management, and parenting or co-parenting conflict. I am currently seeing clients on Thursdays and Fridays.
