I am a licensed social worker/therapist with over 25 years of experience. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, parenting problems - including adoption and foster care.
My therapy style is engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity in a safe therapeutic environment – life is challenging and compassion goes a long way to build rapport that leads to growth. I believe that each person has the potential to reach goals and live a more satisfying life.
My approach combines motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive-behavioral and cognitive processing therapies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, draw upon your strengths and encourage you to set achievable goals so that we can work collaboratively toward the changes you want to see in your life.
It takes courage to take steps to a more fulfilling life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Christine is a very insightful and knowledgeable therapist. I am so thankful she has helped me learn to re-frame and gain control of my anxious and unhelpful thoughts. I always felt respected and comfortable during sessions with her. I highly recommend her.
She has been wonderful so far and very insightful. Christine helps validate my thought process, but also challenges me where I need to reevaluate things.
