About Me

I’ve known for a long time now, that my life’s purpose was to help others. As a therapist with experience in helping those from every walk of life, my clients find relief knowing they can talk about what is really going on in their lives, free from judgment. I strive to create an approach that is both integrative and collaborative; helping you feel heard, accepted, and understood.

As we strive for greater insight into ourselves and our relationships, we often come face to face with our deepest doubts and fears. We plow through life attempting all kinds of internal gymnastics to navigate our circumstances, to feel safe, and in harmony with others. Finding the courage to move forward and achieve lasting personal growth requires a safe and caring space to unravel the knots of life.

It's not always easy to ask for help, so I'm glad you're here!

By far probably the best therapist I've had. He listens, understands my needs and helps to keep my on track if I start to sway too much

I just started working with Christopher but I already feel very connected to and heard by him. He’s very kind, patient, and understanding. He is gentle and creates a safe place to work through things without the fear of judgment. I would highly recommend him!

I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am to have been matched with Chris. He listens so intently and is so kind. I never feel any shame (which I’ve felt before in other counseling experiences) when sharing with him. He listens and is so supportive and caring. He validates all of my feelings but also pushes me to consider new perspectives and continue my personal work.

Chris is a very good listener and good at putting things in a positive perspective for me. He is younger and can relate to me in that regard and we actually have similar interests and issues we can relate to. He is very friendly and prompt with responses and caters to my specific schedule and is very understanding when things come up. He also does his due diligence to make sure all of my health care needs outside of therapy are taken care of. I was skeptical of betterhelp at first but being provided with Chris as a counselor quickly instilled confidence within me to come back to using this app. Thank you Chris!

Chris is attentive and understanding. He's struck a perfect balance between levity and honestly that I really appreciate. He is a great resource for helping you figure yourself out and figuring out what you need.

I am happy with his performance so far. We have not been working together long enough to give a thorough review.

Chris has been great to work with. He's a listener and works as a guide for his clients through complex issues and emotions rather than attempting to dictate one-size-fits-all solutions to them. His approach to therapy encourages and enables reflection and growth in a multitude of forms while being welcoming, kind, and non-judgemental. He's responsive and receptive to different forms of communication across text, voice, and video - it's exceedingly clear that his approach is tailored toward what works best for his clients and he makes a concerted effort to make sure they are getting what they want and need out of working with him. Chris is a genuinely kind individual and has been excellent to work with. I'd highly recommend him!

Speaking to Christopher has been really useful in getting a mix of digging deeper to understand my issues and thinking practically about how to work on them, which is exactly the approach I was looking for. He always reaches out proactively which makes it feel like he's really invested in helping. Would definitely recommend.
