Chris was very helpful and within a couple of session gave me some really good ideas to help my situation. He will call you out on your B.S and tell you like he sees it. That is not a negative to me. We just really didn’t vibe.

In a short time Chris helped me feel very comfortable opening up about significant challenges in my life. He has done an amazing job explaining a better path without me feeling shamed or without hope. He is very skilled as a therapist and appears to truly want to make a difference in the lives of people.

Chris has always treated me as the whole person that I am. He looks into the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects to help lead me to answering why I feel the way I feel and what place those actions and feelings are coming from. I have always appreciated his input with improving how to work with my feelings and respond rather than react. It has been incredibly helpful for my work and personal journey and relationship with God.
