Chris helps me a lot

Written on Aug 06, 2025 after therapy with Christopher "Chris" for 10 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, sleeping disorders, anger management, and coping with life changes

Chris is kind, insightful, and has a very open nature that invites you to be comfortable discussing your vulnerabilities. Whether it was just day to day venting or discussing deep
rooted trauma, Chris met all scenarios with a level, kind, and considered approach. He has many strings to his bow and I would highly recommend him to all those seeking help and counselling.

Chris has been absolutely amazing for me, this is my first time in therapy, and he couldn't have made it easier for me to have somewhere safe to talk and discuss through my problems. I absolutely recommend Chris 100x over ?

Written on Mar 24, 2025 after therapy with Christopher "Chris" for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, and self esteem

Chris is very passionate about his therapy and a great listener. Although he is very knowledgeable and observant, the conversations feel easy even though the topics aren't. I immediately felt safe to open up about the issues I was facing, and often it felt like having a conversation with a very good and concerned friend, where the realisation of where certain patterns (habits and thoughts) came from just came naturally, and then knowing that Chris was there to stand beside me to face them :)
I am very happy to have made the decision to start therapy and I'm happy to have gotten Chris as my therapist, as I could not have made the progress I did without his help.

The timing of Chris coming in my life could not be better! He was my one hour in per week, that brought clarity and peace that through his words and questions stayed with me in difficult times! I am beyond grateful for everything that he has done for me!
