Many people seek therapy to improve the quality of their experiences. Whether you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, increase communication with a partner or loved one, or develop successful strategies to focus on healing, the right therapist can provide the necessary tools for building strong relationships.
I have been in-practice for 8 years and have worked with many individuals, couples, and families in diverse capacities. I pride myself in my ability to join with you; we are in this together. Every technique, metaphor, even humor is purposefully designed to improve your experience. My style of treatment is guided by the philosophy that we are the architects of our own happiness. Together, we can break down false belief systems and design a world focused on fulfillment.
My profession is education. With a second Masters Degree in Childhood & Special Education, I teach middle-school during the day and at university by night. I am familiar with all phases of academic and social development, milestones, and adversities. Alongside these positions, my vocational role within New York Marriage Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (NYAMFT) is in service to the board of our Metro Chapter, as Ethics & By-Laws Committee Chair. My private practice is entirely e-therapy.
I look forward to meeting you.
I also have experience in Stress, Anxiety, Addictions, Grief, Anger, Self esteem, Career

Chris has been so super helpful. He’s really helped me notice the true problems in my life and kinda talk a little more sense into my unrealistic ideas. He has truly helped me and I am so grateful.
Chris is awesome. What a wonderful, caring, compassionate, helpful counselor. He's helped me so much in a short time. He's an asset to BetterHelp.com!
Chris really helped guide me to find my answers to the questions and concerns I had when I came to him for help. He is very good at assisting you to unlock what you already know - we all have the answers inside us, just a matter of getting to them. Thanks, Eric
