Hello: I have over 35 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am a clinical psychologist who has worked with clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I work with many individuals from the LGBTQ+ community. Working with individuals who have experienced past sexual and other types of trauma is also a current focus of mine. I also have extensive experience working with individuals and families to address ADHD.
I am a highly trained clinician and therapist who has worked with individuals and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I maintain a nonjudgmental stance with awareness of one’s cultural beliefs and values, and I provide an open atmosphere for people I work with to express their opinions and beliefs so that I can best help with your needs.
Making the decision to reach out for help is your first step. That is a very big first step. I would like to try to help you make further changes in your life. I look forward to working with you!
