About me

Through a gentle presence I create a space in which my clients can feel safe, seen, and heard. I have experience helping clients with trauma and abuse, health problems, stress and anxiety, self-esteem, relationship & career difficulties. I enjoy helping clients to achieve personal growth and increased inner harmony as well as to find meaning and fulfillment in their lives. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) when possible, for getting to the root of many of my clients’ problems that they have been experiencing throughout their lives. I am licensed in Virginia and Maine.
