About me

Sometimes, life throws lemons at us and it sucks. I'm here to help you make that sweet lemonade out of all of those lemons! Whether you are struggling with life changes, maybe deciding on what you want to be when you grow up, or just need someone to process with you, I am here to walk you through that. If you are motivated for something new in your life, and looking for change, I can help guide you to that.
All therapy is a form of specialized conversations. Sometimes those conversations are not verbal. I offer message based therapy, video therapy, and also specialize in walk and talk therapy. Walk and talk therapy offers a less formal opportunity to get out into nature and experience healing and change.
Life just sucks sometimes. I get that. Let me walk you through change, into a new way of experiencing life. I am passionate about helping people make the change they need to live their best life! Lets chat today!

She is awesome! I cannot believe how quickly she helped me piece together parts of me I haven’t understood my entire life. It’s really nice to be able to have her to talk to each week.

Hi! I've only had one phone call so far with Chrystal, but I very much loved it. It felt like we were sisters! A very personable vibe and it's like we've known each other for years. Highly recommend.

Mrs. Chrystal Mitchell is one of the best counselor's I've ever been to! She'll always be upfront with you and speak truth into your life, but in such a way that is very encouraging! She has helped me from the very first session with things and I would recommend her services to anyone! I'm very grateful for her services!
