About Me
Hello. My name is Cindy.
Life can be challenging, and it takes courage and strength to reach out and ask for help. You are already on your way!
Everyone experiences twists and turns, from everyday challenges to traumatic events with more lasting impact. We need each other to help us through the difficult times. I am here to help you. In a safe and compassionate setting, clarity, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, healing, hope, resilience, gratitude, and wisdom can be achieved. It is a journey – one that is more easily traveled together.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree at Boston College in 2005 and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Connecticut. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups who present with symptoms related to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, coping with life changes, personal growth, life purpose, relationship issues, life-threatening & terminal illnesses, grief & loss, and other life challenges.
I also work with clients with issues related to Long COVID (Post-COVID Syndrome) and also with those who are experiencing long-term COVID-19 symptoms known as PASC (post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection). Many Long COVID survivors need help with feelings of isolation, worries over lost jobs and income, and adjusting to their new lives. Since the onset of this pandemic, I believe there is an increased awareness of the need to treat the body, mind, and spirit as a whole. I will help you find your path toward healing and provide treatments that help you make your life full again.
You are welcome to message me anytime through Better Help. I generally check my messages twice a day, Monday through Friday, and I respond within 24-hours. I offer phone sessions and video sessions. What you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability. Please feel free to check my availability through messaging me first.
You will be able to learn and grow from a place of love, non-judgement, and compassion for yourself. It would be my honor and privilege to help you.
Remember, you are already on your way. You can do this! I believe in you.

She’s an absolute doll. Genuine and down to earth.
Cindy is kind, patient and truly listens. She takes the time to get to know you and when I speak with her I can tell she is so genuine in wanting to know me and help me. She combines techniques, offers advice but also just takes the time to listen. I feel very blessed to have her in my life.
She is genuinely interesting in helping myself and my family grow in ways we can be more mentally helpful.
