About Me

My name is Cindy and I've been a practicing Marriage, Family Therapist for over 10 years. My therapy practice was founded on the assumption that all people need support at points in their lives and that progress toward achieving personal goals should be seen within a few sessions. If you’re looking for a therapist, it shows you are ready to do the work and that is a great start!

Here are some ways I can help:
* Build skills to improve relationships
* Provide a sounding board and a neutral space for difficult decision making
* Improve communication skills to get your needs met
* Parent education for all developmental stages
* Provide support to take small steps toward positive change
* Teach tools to reduce anxiety

Using cognitive behavioral therapy strategies and solution focused techniques, helps therapy take place within the session and allows progress to continue between visits through the use of “homework assignments.” We work together to make things better in your life.
I am passionate about collaborating to work through issues. I truly believe a little time and effort focused on improving relationships can help so much!

Cindy has been absolutely amazing with helping me discover what has been the underlying issue for my struggles. Together we worked on a plan of action and she assured me that I have the skills necessary to achieve my goals. I felt so comfortable opening up to Cindy and she made me feel more sure of myself and confident in my choices. I’m very thankful to have Cindy be a huge support in my life.
