About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master’s Certified Addiction Professional and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have more than 25 years of experience as a behavioral health professional. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, self-esteem issues, mood disorder related issues, relationship issues, and general life concerns. I have also worked with people who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives, and have extensive experience working with co-occurring disorders and addictions.

My counseling style is collaborative. I believe you are the expert on you. I believe each of us is unique and precious and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. My approach is client-centered, and combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. I seek to support and empower people to be the best version of themselves. I will do my best to meet your unique and specific needs.

I believe it takes great courage to step into one's vulnerability and reach out for help. If you are ready to take that step, it would be my privilege to walk alongside you. I am here to support you.

I look forward to working with you!
